How to Cancel an Order
It’s easy! Follow these steps:
- Make sure you have NOT received your confirmation email you cannot cancel your order and cannot proceed to step 2
- E-mail Uneekbtq@gmail.com with your name, items being
cancel, and order number.
*Customers will get a confirmation email with your purchase information after checking out. All cancelled orders are required to pay a 5.00 per item processing/restock fee. After you have received your email confirmation orders cannot be cancelled.
Customers have 1 hour to cancel an order after checking out and will be charged according to the policy above. After 1hour orders cannot be cancelled.

How To Return A Item
- Contact Uneekbtq@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your item with the items being returned, order number and reason for return
- You are responsible for all of your shipping costs. There will be a 5.00 processing/restock fee per item
- All tags must be on, No smells, No stains
- Once the item has been received, our Returns Department will
contact you via e-mail within 3-5 business days inspection takes 5-7 business days. After we will issue your store gift card, which will be sent via e-mail within 2-3 business days. - Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
